She's only 15, but Taylor Momsen has great personal style. I've seen her a number of times on the street in NYC and I love the way she dresses. She's like the new Kate Moss. I mean there are so few celebs that I think have great personal style. They all dress like clones due to their stylists. I am hard pressed to name any other favorites besides Kate Moss and Taylor Momsen.
