An image I love...

As a designer, it's so wonderful when a photographer can take what you have created and photograph it in a way that goes beyond your vision and takes it to an even better place.  That is what I feel about this image of my "Pixel" cuff shoe...xx's

Blush Nightclub Las Vegas Ruthie Davis party:

In Vegas where we hosted a party at "Blush" kicking off a celebrity shoe auction benefitting "Clothes Off Our Back" and all proceeds will go to children's charities.  We had shoes worn and signed by Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Avril Lavigne and Lauren Conrad.  All of the cocktail waitresses were outfitted in my shoes and we culminated the night with a little dancing on the bar.....what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas or should I say. "What happens in my shoes..."

I'LL HAVE THE SUSHI DELUXE

Kim Kardashian wore my new Spring 2009 Sushi Deluxe Mary Jane Peep-toe double platforms to a recent Red Carpet Event in LA.   Some bloggers think they look like "Stripper shoes".  I totally disagree - I mean are strippers the only people who can wear clear lucite?  I love the clean, fresh and minimal properties of clear plastic - totally mod and futuristic and sculptural.  The clear plastic upper allows for the colors of the double platforms to shine through.  I think Kim looks gorgeous and classy but totally sassy and cute at the same time.   What do you think?  xoxo
