Women in Business = GIRL POWER:

I am speaking tomorrow at a Women in Business Conference and the subject I decided to talk about is GIRL POWER.

My whole brand, vision and all that I do is about GIRL POWER and everything it stands for. I have never been afraid to express my creative visions and ideas. And I am here today to say, “Go Girl!” The key is to do your homework, know your business, learn through experiences and once you have all of your ducks in a row – you have to be passionate about your goals and you have to be willing to TAKE RISKS. And part of taking risks is to think out of the box – cover new ground – do things that have never been done before – and DO THEM YOUR WAY.

I reference Beyonce because she is the epitome of GIRL POWER. She is probably the hardest working singer today – she is very gracious, makes time for her fans, is involved in many charities, she is a wife, she is an entrepreneur, she is a fashion icon, the list goes on - which is why I am so proud she wears my shoes....xoxo

BEYONCE ROCKS MY PLUTOS:

First of all, I think Beyonce looks the most gorgeous I think she has ever looked in this shot with Jay-Z. She was at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin where she won 3 trophies! What I love is that for the actual award show she wore another outfit and different shoes. It was not until she was able to change at the end of the night for U2's afterparty that she sported my kicks. Apparently, after a long night in heels she wanted to feel comfortable and hot and chose this outfit. I LOVE that my 5" heels are what she is "comfortable" in!! xoxo
